Dr. Steven J. Lawson is an American pastor, author, and Bible teacher, best known for his strong emphasis on expository preaching and Reformed theology. He was born in 1951 and has served in pastoral ministry for over four decades. Lawson is the founder and president of OnePassion Ministries, an organization dedicated to training pastors and preachers to faithfully teach the Bible. He is also a teaching fellow with Ligonier Ministries, a board member of The Master’s Seminary, and a frequent conference speaker worldwide. Lawson has authored numerous books, particularly on preaching, theology, and Christian biography.
