Adrian Rogers (1931–2005) was a highly influential American pastor, author, and Christian leader. He pastored Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, from 1972 until his retirement in 2005, growing it into one of the largest churches in the United States. Known for his powerful preaching and unwavering commitment to biblical authority, Rogers played a pivotal role in the Southern Baptist Convention’s Conservative Resurgence and served three terms as president of the SBC. He founded the media ministry “Love Worth Finding,” which expanded his influence worldwide through radio, television, and digital platforms. Rogers authored several books on Christian living and theology, leaving a lasting legacy of faith, leadership, and evangelism.
